Under the Milk Wood Tree

Glamping at its most romantic (and poetic)

Set your heart and imagination free with a stay in this romantic hidden gem! Tucked away under the great Cedar tree in whose shade poet Dylan Thomas sat in the 1940s drinking fresh, still-warm milk from the dairy, stands the original, old stone privy belonging to the house. Now home to a simple conversion providing off-grid kitchen, shower and toilet for this charming gypsy wagon.

Incredibly romantic in its leafy hide!
Snuggle up together in the cosy double bed and there's room for an extra person too.

Your stay

Perfectly charming inside, the little wagon feels like an almost magical hideaway, unseen under the trees.
With all facilities just a step away, and just as private as the wagon - no one will even know you are there - not that there are many people around to be looking!
The off grid kitchen with camping gas stove is lit by a powerful solar light and is equipped with camping kettle, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. There is access to a shared fridge freezer nearby, or you can bring your own cool box.

The stunning garden is availible, with a firepit under the stars for your barbecue too.
