Almost completely hidden by the great Red Cedar tree under whose shade Dylan Thomas sat drinking fresh, still-warm milk from the dairy, stands the original, old stone privy, belonging to the house. Now a simple conversion provides loo, shower and off-grid kitchen for this charming gypsy wagon parked alongside.

Your stay

Perfectly charming inside, the little wagon feels like an almost magical hideaway, unseen under the trees.
With all facilities just a step away, and just as private as the wagon - no one will even know you are there.
The off grid kitchen with camping gas stove is lit by a powerful solar light and is equipped with camping kettle, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. There is access to a shared fridge freezer nearby, or you can bring your own cool box. There's a firepit under the stars for your barbecue too...
